Our Cold Exposure Training is designed to harness the benefits of controlled cold exposure to enhance physical and mental resilience.

Led by our experienced instructor, Alex Grabher, with over 7 years of expertise, this training combines education on the science behind cold exposure with practical, hands-on experience:

Science & Safety

Science & Safety: Explanation of how cold exposure triggers beneficial physiological responses, such as increased endorphin production and reduced inflammation. Guidelines on how to safely practice cold exposure, recognizing limits.

Breathing Exercises

Breathing Exercises: Techniques to regulate breathing and manage cold-induced stress.

Cold Exposure Practice (20 minutes)

Cold Exposure Practice (20 minutes): gradually immerse themselves in the lake (temperature ranging from 8-13°C) for a controlled duration, starting with 1-2 minutes and gradually increasing with experience.

Warm-up & Breathing Techniques

Warm-up & Breathing Techniques: Gentle exercises and stretching to gradually reheat the body. Continued focus on breath control to manage post-exposure sensations and promote relaxation.

Suitable for all levels, whether it’s your first time or you have experience, we will adapt the class to your needs and create a unique experience.
