WHAT TO EXPECT

Learn effective stress management tools through breathwork and cold exposure practices that you can easily apply to your daily life.

Warm-up & Breathing Techniques

We'll start off with a dynamic warm-up designed to loosen up your muscles and get your body ready for the run. This will help reduce the risk of injury and prepare you for optimal performance. You'll also learn proper breathing techniques to run more efficiently.

5K running in Zone 2

We'll run together, focusing on technique, smart pacing, and efficiency, while keeping Zone 2 running in mind to build endurance. This 5K run is for everyone.

Stretching & Mobility

After the run, we'll guide you through a 30-minute stretching and mobility session. This will help improve your flexibility, aid recovery, and ensure you're staying injury-free. The aim is that you practice this exercises at home.
