One-day Retreat

· Mindset & Stress Management: Practical and theoretical techniques to improve focus, reduce stress, and foster mental clarity.
· Business Coaching: Targeted sessions to strengthen leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills (adapted to the company’s objectives).
